I am a female personal trainer, specialising in women's health and fitness. I work with clients aged 30+, focusing on women's health concerns, reaching that mid-life milestone, and turning it to your advantage.
The qualifications I hold are recognised by the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA), the leading professional body for the UK's sport and physical activity industry, so you're in safe hands.
I believe that fitness is not just about physical health, but also mental and emotional wellbeing. I am a certified Mental Health First Aider and I take a holistic approach to fitness, focusing on nutrition, stress management and self-image, in addition to exercise, to support you on your personal journey to where you want to be.

With experience from my own journey in perimenopause as well as embarking on a UK leading CIMSPA recognised Menopause Coach course with Menopause Movement, I confidently coach women through the rollercoaster that is Menopause.
One size does not fit all, especially when it comes to exercise and Menopause, so let me help you find the right approach to health and fitness in Perimenopause, Menopause and beyond.
